A. On December 2004, the Defendant leased Gyeonggi-do No. 203 Dong 103 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) from the Korea Land and Housing Corporation and paid the lease deposit to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation.

The Defendant, while continuing to renew the lease contract thereafter, had resided in the instant real estate, and entered into a renewal contract with the term of lease KRW 10,664,00,00 on November 1, 2010, and paid the increased portion of the lease deposit to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (hereinafter “instant lease contract”) from December 1, 2010 to November 30, 2012. On November 2, 2012, the lease deposit was increased to KRW 11,175,00, and the term of lease was extended to KRW 11,175,00, and the lease was renewed by setting the term of lease from November 1, 2012 to November 30, 2014.

B. On October 5, 201, Nonparty M. S. Mutual Savings Bank (hereinafter “S. Mutual Savings Bank”) extended KRW 7,400,000 to the Defendant on November 30, 2012 (the extension to November 30, 2014 during the extension period) and interest rate of KRW 6.2% per annum (the extension to November 30, 2014) (the extension to November 30, 2014), if the agreement rate of delay is less than three months, 10% per annum, 11% per annum if the agreement rate of delay is less than three months and less than six months, and 12% per annum if it exceeds six months (hereinafter “the loan”). In order to secure the repayment of the loan of this case, the Defendant received the notification from the Defendant to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation by mail, and the Defendant received the notification of the transfer to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation by mail.

C. On January 30, 2015, the non-party bank transferred the instant claim to the Plaintiff. On the same day, the non-party bank transferred the instant claim to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation by means of content-certified mail.
