1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 200,000,000 won and the period from August 28, 2007 to November 12, 2014.

Reasons

1. On June 2007, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 200,000,000 to Defendant B Co., Ltd. as of August 27, 2007, and Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the payment of the above loan and the delayed payment amount. Thus, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the above loan and the delayed payment to the Plaintiff.
