1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff.
(a) As regards KRW 315,77,39 and KRW 166,650,00 among them, from December 20, 2013.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(However, “creditor” shall be changed to “Plaintiff”, “debtor” shall be changed to “Defendant”, and payment order with respect to “B” is finalized, and there is no corresponding matter.
(a) Judgment on confession made by Defendant Asian Credit Information Company (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) Judgment by service by Defendant A (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
