1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,262,550 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 28, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Act on the Civil Procedure (amended by Presidential Decree No. 20010, Jan. 1, 201; Presidential Decree No. 20134, Feb. 2, 201)
