1. As to KRW 50,224,00 and KRW 49,252,45 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from June 29, 2015 to September 1, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part of dismissal: Since the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended by 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, part of the damages for delay from October 1, 2015 among the claims for damages for delay under the aforesaid Act, shall be 15% per annum.
