1. The defendant shall pay 32,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 18% per annum from March 1, 1996 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff filed an application for mediation against the defendant for the refund of partner fees with the Daegu District Court 95Hun-3621, and the above court concluded on June 30, 1995 mediation that "the defendant shall pay the plaintiff KRW 32,00,000 to the plaintiff until February 28, 1996, but if the payment is delayed, interest shall be paid at a rate of 1,000 per annum per month from March 1, 1996 to the date of full payment."
