The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 2,760,117,072 and KRW 1,597,037,427 from December 26, 2014.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (self-consceptation judgment) shall apply mutatis mutandis.
