【Criminal Facts】

Around September 5, 2019, the Defendant, at the Seoul Gangdong-gu Seoul building and the Defendant’s house located under subparagraph B and C, and even upon receiving the price of goods, the Defendant posted a notice on the Internet E-site to the effect that “If you send the price of goods, you will send the price of the goods to the convenience store dispatch by no later than September 6, 2017.” The Defendant received KRW 264,000 from the victim to the Defendant’s T account under the name of the Defendant on the same day as the price of goods, and received KRW 19,648,000,000 from that day until February 23, 2020, total amount of KRW 19,648,000 from the victims as described in the attached Form 1 by the aforementioned method, as stated in the list of crimes.”

Around February 9, 2020, the Defendant, at the Seoul Gangdong-gu Seoul building and the Defendant’s house located in subparagraph B and C, and even at the time limit agreed to send goods, the Defendant falsely speaks to the effect that “The victim A who has reported and contacted the sales of computer parts on the Internet E site shall send the sales of the goods on the following day.” The Defendant received KRW 194,000 from the victim to the U (AB) account in the name of the Defendant on the 10th day of the same month as the price for goods, and received KRW 194,000 from the victim on the 10th day of the same month as the price for goods, and from that to February 22, 2020.”
