1. The Defendant amounting to KRW 94,724,60, and KRW 5% per annum from January 4, 2017 to April 12, 2018 to the Plaintiff.
1. Details of ruling;
(a) A project approval and public announcement - A public housing project: A public housing project (B public housing zone - A project operator: Defendant - A project approval: Designation of a public housing zone and public announcement of topographic drawings, etc., announced by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs on December 8, 2011;
(b) The Central Land Expropriation Committee’s ruling on expropriation on November 10, 2016 - Subject to expropriation: ① the Plaintiff’s ownership of ① 109 square meters prior to D, Gangdong-gu (hereinafter “instant land”) and ② the said E- miscellaneous land 3,005 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”); ② the instant land; ② the date of expropriation: January 3, 2017 - The compensation for losses amounting to KRW 2,313,821,700 (hereinafter “each instant land”): (i) the total sum of each instant land; KRW 79,03,200 in the instant land; ② the land in the instant case; KRW 2,234,818,50: Comparison of land in the development-restricted zone; Plaintiff’s appraisal corporation; Plaintiff’s land appraisal corporation; Plaintiff’s land appraisal corporation; Plaintiff’s land appraisal corporation; Plaintiff’s land use/7:00 square meters prior to the development-restricted zone; Nonparty 1; Plaintiff’s land use/5; Plaintiff’s land use/1; Plaintiff of Gangdong.
C. Determination by the Central Land Tribunal on June 22, 2017 – Compensation for losses: Total amount of each of the instant lands of KRW 2,355,765,600 (i) the instant lands of KRW 79,177,600 ( ② the instant land of KRW 2,276,58,00): An appraisal corporation and an appraisal appraisal corporation of KRW 2,276,58,00: An appraisal corporation and an appraisal appraisal corporation of KRW 58,00: The comparative standard place for the instant land: The comparative standard place for all of the said two appraisal corporations is 1,193 square meters before the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (i.e., F., a land use: a special-purpose area: a development-restricted area, a natural green area, a road traffic: a lub/g). ② The comparative standard for the instant land is Seoul.
