1. The Defendant’s KRW 87,50,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 15% per annum from March 16, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and June 1, 2019.

As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, damages for delay from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment are recognized only as calculated at the rate of 12% per annum and the exceeding part is dismissed.
