A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
[2020 Godan1457] On January 2020, the Defendant intruded into an empty house by using the fact that most of the houses located in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Housing Redevelopment Complex were moving by residents, and stolen the scrap iron, thereby selling it.
