1. The Defendant refers to the amount claimed by the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the appointed parties in attached Form “amount claimed by each Plaintiff”.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the designated parties, who were employed by the Defendant, provided labor from November 1, 2018 to November 30, 2018, under employment of the Defendant from November 30, 2018. The Defendant sought payment of the wages in arrears and damages for delay under the Labor Standards Act, on the ground that the Defendant did not pay the pertinent wages as indicated in the “amount claimed by each Plaintiff” list of the “amount claimed by each Plaintiff.”
