1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:
(a) Of the buildings listed in the separate sheet, each point of the attached sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.
1. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. On July 17, 2013, the Plaintiffs, co-owners of the buildings listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant building”) (hereinafter “instant building”), concluded a lease agreement with the Korea Stock Company (hereinafter “K”) on July 17, 2013, by setting the lease deposit amount of approximately KRW 40 million for the leased portion of approximately 66m2 (a) inside the instant building (hereinafter “instant leased portion”) connected each point in sequence with the drawings indicated in the attached list 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the said buildings (hereinafter “the instant leased portion”), from July 27, 2013 to July 9, 2018, with the lease term of KRW 3150,000 (payment on July 10, 201, prepaid tax, and value-added tax separately).
(2) At the time of the conclusion of the above lease agreement, a person agreed to set up a right to lease on a deposit basis equivalent to KRW 40,000,000,000 in the amount of lease guarantee (Article 12 of the lease agreement). On January 10, 2015, the lease agreement was concluded to change the lessee to the Defendant who is an agent, and the Plaintiffs approved that all the contractual matters during the remaining lease period be succeeded to and maintained. In such a case, in order to secure the security of the lease deposit of the paid agency, the contract was agreed to provide the agent with the same goods as the secured goods provided under this
(3) On July 19, 2013, the Plaintiffs: (a) delivered the leased portion of this case at the time of receiving the lease deposit from K; and (b) completed the registration of the establishment of chonsegwon on the instant building on July 19, 2013 in order to secure the obligation to return the lease deposit.
(4) On April 2015, the Plaintiffs consented to the request of the lessee to change the lessee to the Defendant. On April 10, 2015, the amount of the lease term and the lease deposit and monthly rent with the Defendant is the same as the lease contract with the case, but the rent shall be paid at the tenth day after each month, and if the lessee does not pay the rent for the period of three months, the lessor shall enter into the lease contract.
