The judgment below

The "Fraud" of the 4th order shall be corrected to "violation of the Attorney-at-Law Act".

1. Although examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of appeal by the prosecutor in light of the record, the lower court did not exhaust all necessary deliberations, and did not err by misapprehending the law of logic and experience, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, and by misapprehending the facts contrary to logical and empirical rules.

2. Although examining the reasoning of the lower judgment as to the Defendant’s grounds of appeal based on evidence, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the facts against logical and empirical rules, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. Since it is clear that there are errors in the judgment of the court below, they are corrected. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
