Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On June 12, 2013, at around 20:53, the Defendant driven a rocketing car in the state of 0.121% of blood alcohol concentration from approximately 100 meters away from the street in front of the Sinri-si Maridong, to the front road of the public parking lot in the same city.
