On October 2, 2018, around 13:37, the Defendant changed the vehicle from the two lanes to the one lane in violation of the provision prohibiting the change of the vehicle while driving a B rocketing motor vehicle in the vicinity of the Young-dong Highway (103 km), which is located in the Hancheon-si Office, and then, after the Defendant’s vehicle, the victim C (33 years of age) who driven the said vehicle in the first lane of the said road (33 years of age) threatens the victim by driving the said vehicle in the direction of the string and twice, with the victim’s attempt to change the vehicle, thereby threatening the victim by blocking the course of the victim’s vehicle, and continuously moving from 105 km to 105 km in the same direction of the road, and subsequently, the victim tried to drive the vehicle in the first way to avoid the defect of the vehicle and to make the victim overtake the vehicle in the first way.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a motor vehicle, which is a dangerous object, and threatened the victim.
