1. As to KRW 10,00,000 and KRW 5,000 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,000,00 from August 8, 2019 to KRW 5,00,000.

Reasons

1. A loan of KRW 5 million (this rate is 24% per annum and due date, December 31, 2016) on May 8, 2016, and a loan of KRW 5 million (this rate is 24% per annum, and due date, December 31, 2016) on the loan of KRW 5 million from March 6, 2018 (this rate is 24% per annum, due date, December 30, 2019) and the interest and delayed damages after August 6, 2019.
