In full view of the circumstances that the lower court rendered on the grounds of sentencing (e.g., failure to perform the commission of crime, most of the damages, etc.) and the circumstances after the lower court’s judgment do not change (e.g., the evidence of confirmation of transfer by the Defendant’s non-party N on September 11, 2017), including the records of this case and all of the sentencing conditions shown in the pleadings, the sentence imposed by the lower court is deemed appropriate, and is too unreasonable, as such, the Defendant’s assertion is groundless.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
