공무집행방해
Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.
Punishment of the crime
On December 15, 2017, the Defendant was required to present an identification card from the police officer E who belongs to the Seongbuk-gu Police Station D police station in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, on the ground that the Defendant assaulted passengers in a metropolitan bus No. 333 on December 15, 2017.
Accordingly, the Defendant, who wanted to take a bath and escape from this, obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the 112 Report Report case by walking the above E, i.e., one time to walk.
