A. The plaintiffs are the occupants of the Namdong-gu Incheon apartment (hereinafter "the apartment of this case"), and the defendant is a non-corporate association composed of representatives of the apartment of this case under the Housing Act and the Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act.

B. On June 24, 2014, the Defendant, from April 30, 2014 to June 11, 2014, announced to the occupants of the apartment of this case the following matters for the election of representatives by Dong (hereinafter referred to as “election of representatives by Dong”) for the formation of the 14th council of occupants’ representatives, and the publication of the elected persons: (a) from April 30, 2014 to June 11, 2014, the Defendant announced to the occupants of the apartment of this case: (b) the election district of this case; (c) the number of electors by constituency and the term of office (Article 17 of the Management Rules of the apartment); (d) 102-dong (election district) by Dong (election district) 103-dong (election district) 104-dong (election district of this case) 104-dong (election district of this case) - 22222-dong persons elected as candidates for each Dong (election of this case).

3. At the time of the election of the representative of each Dong of this case, the representative of each Dong of the relevant constituency shall be the ballot papers of 101, 103, and 104.
