The defendant is a person working for business in the area of car scrapping.

On March 2012, when the Defendant finds a vehicle parked in D and D for a long time on the street, the Defendant informed the location of the vehicle to the Defendant, and the Defendant sold the vehicle parts while towing and scrapping the vehicle to the said C-vehicle, but pay to D a price lower than 100,000 won when receiving a request for scrapping of a normal vehicle.

1. On April 24, 2012, the Defendant received text messages from the foregoing D to the effect that “The e-ray 5 Bans exist in the second parking lot of the Han field Library”, and instructed F, an towing engineer of the said Crane House, to tow the said vehicle.

The above FF, upon the direction of the defendant, has been towing the EM vehicle equivalent to 900,000 won at the market price set by the victim G in the second parking lot of the dry field library located in the Jung-gu, Daejeon on the same day.

2. On May 10, 2012, the Defendant received a text message from the foregoing D, stating “H I shop (H I shop),” and instructed K, who is the towing engineer of the above CM, to tow the said vehicle.

The above K, upon the Defendant’s instruction, has towed the J-J vehicle equivalent to KRW 700,000,000 at the market price set by the injured N in front of the "M" L in Daejeon U.S. on the same day.

3. On May 11, 2012, at around 15:36, the Defendant received text messages from the above D, stating “O pre-coping P”, and instructed K, the towing engineer of the above Cranchi, to tow the said vehicle.

On May 12, 2012, the above K, upon the Defendant’s instruction, has towed the P Poter vehicle in a amount equivalent to KRW 900,000,000 in the market value where the victim R was parked on the street after the Qack dormitory located in the Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon.

In this way, the defendant, in collusion with the above D, stolen three vehicles, respectively.
