Purport of claim and appeal

A. (1) On February 20, 2013, the Newancheon, Inc., was established in the instant plant, and was issued by the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation a certificate of pre-use inspection with respect to electric facilities of the instant plant, including the first voltage. However, on February 22, 2013, the Newancheon, Inc., who tests the said electric facilities, was in the presence of its employees, etc., during the process of the testing the said facilities (hereinafter “the first accident”).

(4) The Defendant sent an employee A to the above factory on the following day, and drafted a letter to the Plaintiff that he/she would install a new voltage at the above factory by March 7, 2013. Accordingly, on March 7, 2013, the Defendant re-established the transformers that he/she manufactured at the above factory (hereinafter referred to as "second voltages"; hereinafter collectively referred to as "each side voltages") at the above factory on March 7, 2013.

B. (1) However, on March 25, 2013, the 2nd voltages also explosiond around 11:30 on the operation (hereinafter “the 2nd accident”) (hereinafter “the 2nd accident”), and the 2nd accident collectively referred to as “each of the instant accidents”.
