1. Examining the evidence duly admitted and examined by the lower court and the first instance court as to the grounds of appeal by Defendants A, B, and C, the lower court is justifiable to have determined that the said Defendants were guilty of the facts charged in this case for the reasons indicated in its holding.

There is no illegality of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or of misunderstanding the legal principles on mistake of law under Article 16 of the Criminal Act.

2. As to Defendant D’s appeal, the above Defendant did not submit a statement of grounds for appeal within the statutory period, and the petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
