2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

The Plaintiff is a corporation established by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation under the Korea Land and Housing Corporation Act, and the owner and lessor of multi-family houses purchased and leased for residential stability of the disadvantaged class, and the Defendant is the lessee of the building indicated in the

On November 16, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on a deposit for rent 4,727,00 won, monthly rent 84,410 won, monthly last day of the payment deadline, and the term of lease from November 1, 2015 to December 31, 2017 with respect to the building 302 of the Yansan-gu building B in the Jeonsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City. The Defendant is under possession of the said building.

A notice of the occurrence and termination of the lease agreement, however, the Defendant was in arrears with the monthly rent for the building from May 2016, and there was a cause for termination under Article 8 of the lease agreement. On December 22, 2016 and March 10, 2017, notified that the lease contract was terminated and the housing name was requested.

However, since the defendant does not comply with this, the plaintiff will serve a copy of the complaint of this case on the defendant in lieu of notification of the termination of the lease contract for the buildings listed in the annexed sheet.

If so, the Defendant is obligated to order the Plaintiff to use approximately KRW 51.86 square meters in part on the ship, which connects each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1 among the three floors of the building listed in the attached Table, as stated in the purport of the claim, to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated by applying the ratio of KRW 1,105,40 to KRW 84,410 per month from June 1, 2017 to the date of completion of life order.

As such, I have filed the instant lawsuit to seek this.
