1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) 7,00,000 won and from April 9, 2016.
Reasons
1. Around July 2009, the Plaintiff leased the real estate indicated in the Disposition No. 1-A to the Defendant at KRW 100,000,000, without the lease deposit and the lease period. However, since the contract was terminated due to the Defendant’s late payment due to the termination of the contract, the Plaintiff sought for the delivery of real estate and the payment of overdue rent (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
