However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

[criminal record] On July 3, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Busan District Court and completed the execution of the sentence at Daejeon Prison on March 2, 2015.

[Criminal facts] The Defendants committed each of the following crimes even though they are not the narcotics handler.

1. Defendant A

A. On October 2015, the Defendant purchased from G the F Station located in Busan Northern-gu, and traded the Mespathic volume of 300,000 won from G during the F Station in Busan-gu.

2) On February 6, 2016, the Defendant purchased and sold the Mesaminic fire amount of KRW 200,000,000 from G on the roads near I located in H in Busan Northern-gu, Busan.

B. On October 2015, the Defendant 1: (a) put the Mestop cam medication 1) into a single-use injection machine among the Mestop cam cams that he purchased in J at around 19:00, with the same paragraph (b) of the above A, and injected it into the right arms cam, and then injected it into the right arms cam.

2) On March 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) put 0.03g of Mesphere L in a single-use injection machine among the Mesphere Mesphers purchased at L on March 1, 2016; and (b) injected into the right arms and administered them.

3) On March 20, 2016, the Defendant, at the house above B around 19:00, inserted 0.03g of Mesamins purchased in the same manner as the above A-B-2, into a single-use injection instrument for 0.03g of Mesamins, dilution with water, and injected into the right arms and administered them.

4) On April 1, 2016, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City on April 1, 2016, put 0.01g of 0.01g in a disposable injection machine from among the Mestop citizens purchased in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, as described in paragraph A-2 of the above A, and injected it into the right arms and dilution.

2. Defendant B

A. On October 19, 2015, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) inserted 0.03g of Mesphere Mesphere, purchased by A, into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected into a right part of Mesphere chere, after dilution with water.
