The defendant and B conspired to use the high-quality share as the tax-free price upon the request of C to purchase the high-quality share at the tax-free price and to acquire the share imported closely from D and to use it in installments after receiving the referral fee.

Around August 13, 2009, the Defendant and B received a request from C to purchase 30 years-year-old and 38 years-old two liquor at the exempted price from the tax-free price from the State office located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, around August 13, 2009, as well as arranging to obtain 30 years-in and 7 years-in and 38 years-in and 38 years-in and 38 years-in and three illnesss (total market price of 9,592,275 won) from the above D through the above method during the period from the above date to July 12, 2011, as described in the list of crimes in the attached list, the Defendant arranged C to acquire 30 years-in and 117 illness and 353 years-in and 38 years-in and 38 years-in and 16 times-in and to obtain 53 years-in and 16 times-in and 16.
