A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver’s License) and the Defendant: (a) around 16:30 on April 14, 2016, the Defendant was driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.153% of blood alcohol level on the side road in front of the Suwon-gu Suwon-si BFD without a driver’s license; (b) while driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.153% on the side road, the person engaged in driving the vehicle was able to live well in the front left and left the left while under the influence of alcohol while neglecting the duty of care to safely drive the vehicle; and (c) did not take necessary measures such as immediately stopping the victim.
2. Around 17:00 on April 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, counterfeited a private document, or falsified a private document, and the Defendant was arrested on the police officer dispatched to the scene while escaping from the scene after causing the accident as above, and then sent him/her notice of his/her name and resident registration number H, and subsequently unlawfully used his/her type of G’s resident registration number by doing his/her act as G. After taking a alcohol measurement under the name of G, the Defendant forged the report on the state driver’s statement under the name of G by using his/her name in the driver’s name column of the report on the state driver’s statement in the state of the state of the State driver’s situation, and submitted the report on the state driver’s statement under the name of G to the police officer in charge of being aware of such fact.
