The Defendant is a person who, from April 2007 to July 3, 2014, managed the relevant accounts, passwords, and authorized certificates at C Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as “C Trade Union”) and has been engaged in the overall accounting affairs of C Trade Union.

1. Around 15:23 on May 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 13,000,000 for the “D event” in the name of the agricultural cooperative under the name of the C Trade Union and kept it for the sake of the C Trade Union; (b) transferred the full amount of KRW 13,00,000 for the said subsidies to the F Account in the name of the C Trade Union; (c) around 15:29 on the same day, the Defendant transferred KRW 10,000 from the said account to the F Account in the name of the C Trade Union; and (d) around 15:51 on the same day, he embezzled KRW 10,000 from the said account to the C Trade Union G account in the name of the Defendant’s name; and (d) embezzled KRW 23,000 from the 23th of the same month to the payment of card payments, loan interest, mobile phone charges, etc.; and (d) embezzled KRW 100,00000.

2. A Embezzlement trade union: around November 16, 2006, upon being entrusted with the management of the H’s building located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do; on January 12, 2007, C trade union received 10,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,000, KRW 00, KRW 00, KRW 500, monthly rent of KRW 1,000, KRW 00, KRW 1,500, KRW 00, KRW 1,000, KRW 50, KRW 00, KRW 1,000, KRW 500, KRW 600, KRW 65, KRW 65, KRW 85, KRW 15,205, and KRW 65, KRW 8,005, KRW 65, and KRW 65,5,000, KRW 65,065, and KRW 36,5,045, etc.

Around March 25, 2008, the Defendant deposited the foregoing rental deposit from the said L.C. M. account in the name of the L.C.
