1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 28,365,520 and KRW 25,127,279 among them, from November 23, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, ‘creditor' is regarded as ‘defendant', and ‘debtor' is regarded as ‘defendant'.

2. Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
