1. On March 11, 1966, the Defendant rendered the Plaintiff red-gun 5,752 square meters of forest land in Chungcheongnam-gun, Hongsung-gun, Daejeon District Court red-support.
1. On March 11, 1966, the Defendant indicated the claim, completed the registration of creation of superficies under the 1430 square meters of Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Daejeon District Court Hongsung Branch on March 11, 1966.
Since the duration of superficies is 30 years, the superficies has expired more than 30 years since the date of registration of creation, and the registration of creation of superficies is null and void.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for cancelling the registration of creation of superficies to the plaintiff who is the owner of the above forest.
2. Judgment by publication: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
