Punishment of the crime
On May 11, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million from the Suwon District Court to a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On June 12, 2017, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from an Ansan District Court.
Although the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act twice, at around 00:0 on May 16, 2020, at approximately 500 meters from May 16, 2020 to the front road of the same Gu C, the Defendant driving a DNA 2 truck with blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.150% without a driver’s license, and violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.

1. Around 00:00 on August 15, 2020, the Defendant driven a D Poter II truck without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of approximately 500 meters from the Fastm in Ansan-gu E at Ansan-si to the roads near the same Gu.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving of freight Class Ⅱ.
The Defendant left the scene without immediately stopping and without providing personal information to the victim, even though the Defendant’s driver’s knife the front side of the I-learning car owned by the victim H, which was parked in a place due to the negligence that failed to properly conduct the rear guard while parking at the time of the time and time set forth in paragraph (1). The Defendant: (a) caused damage to KRW 90,000 to repair the knife car; and (b) caused damage to the knife car by the front side of the I-learning car owned by the victim H.
