1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 702,780,810 as well as KRW 300,000 among them, from March 8, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the arguments stated in Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the Nowon-do Saemaul Depository transferred 300 million won to the defendant on June 8, 2002, interest rate of 8% per annum, delay damages rate of 19.8% per annum, and filed a lawsuit against the defendant on November 1, 2006 seeking payment of principal and interest of the loan of this case under the Seoul Western District Court Decision 2006No80783, May 11, 2007, and the above court "the defendant is obliged to pay 300 million won per annum to the defendant on June 8, 2004, interest rate of 8% per annum, and interest rate of 19.8% per annum until December 4, 2006, and the defendant is obliged to pay the principal and interest of the loan of this case to the defendant on 100 billion won per annum 70% per annum 80% per annum from the date of the above judgment below 2070.8% per annum.
