1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 56,304,452 as well as KRW 50,00,000 among them, from July 31, 2018 to the day of full payment.

As long as a disposal document is deemed to be authentic in its formation, the court shall recognize the existence and contents of declaration of intent in accordance with the language and text stated in the disposal document, unless there is any clear and acceptable counter-proof to deny the contents of the statement;
(2) On February 26, 2002, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 56,304,452 won and 50,000,00 won with 13% interest per annum from July 31, 2018 to the date of full payment, since the facts stated in the attached cause of claim do not conflict between the parties, or are recognized in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the written evidence Nos. 1 through 3. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 56,304,452 won and 50,000 won among them.
3. Accordingly, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the ground of the reasons.
