1. As to KRW 32,00,000 and KRW 10,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,00,000 from December 28, 2015, KRW 14,00,000.

Reasons

1. The indication of the claim against the Defendant of the Plaintiff (formerly Seoul Special Metropolitan City Private Passenger Passenger Transport Business Association), ① loans of KRW 10,000,000 (one hundred and twenty thousand interest per annum on December 27, 2015, interest rate of KRW 6.8% per annum on interest, interest rate of KRW 19% per annum on October 10, 2014, ② loans of KRW 14,000,000 (one hundred and sixty per annum on October 10, 2017, interest rate of KRW 6.3% per annum on interest, interest rate of KRW 19%) on December 1, 2014, ③ loans of KRW 2,00,000 per annum on December 1, 2014 (interest rate of KRW 6.3% per annum on June 1, 2017, interest rate of KRW 19 per annum on interest rate of KRW 19,50 per annum on interest rate of KRW 2015.
