1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 27,465,191 as well as KRW 27,452,37 as to the plaintiff's KRW 27,452,37 as of August 30, 2006 to November 27, 2006.

Reasons

In full view of the entries and arguments in Gap evidence No. 6 and the purport of the whole pleadings, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant and three other parties on January 30, 2007 (No. 2016da106922), and the court rendered a judgment that "the defendant shall jointly and severally pay to the plaintiff 27,465,191 won, and 27,452,37 won among them, with 17% per annum from August 30, 2006 to November 27, 2006, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment." Since the judgment became final and conclusive at that time, the defendant is obligated to pay the same money as the written order to the plaintiff seeking the payment of the above judgment.
