1. The Defendant jointly with C shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from September 11, 2018 to the date of full payment.
1. In full view of the statements and the purport of the entire pleadings as stated in subparagraph 1, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 50,000,000 to Nonparty C on February 2, 2009 as of July 31, 2009, and the fact that the Defendant, the wife of C, guaranteed C’s obligation.
2. Therefore, the Defendant, jointly with C, is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the above loans KRW 50,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 11, 2018 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.
