However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant married on February 1, 1992 with the victim B, and divorced on March 20, 1994, but re-Marriage on September 17, 1999.

The victim B was registered as a person with severe disability on August 12, 2013 due to intellectual disability, and the victim C, who was the defendant, was registered as a person with severe disability on March 21, 2002 due to autism.

1. Violation of the Welfare of Disabled Persons Act against victims B;

A. On August 12, 2017, around 19:00, the Defendant took the hand floor of the victim on the ground that (i) the victim B (in women, 49 years old) did not speak to the Defendant and (ii) C et al. went to a singing practice room, and (iii) the victim C et al. went to a singing practice room.

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence to the body of the victim who is a disabled person.

B. On January 22, 2020, around 13:00, the Defendant brought about approximately 52 years of age to the victim B (n, 52 years of age) at the apartment building in Gwangju North-gu E, and the Defendant’s residence in F, but, on the ground that the victim did not answer, she laid off the victim’s right side 7 weeks of treatment for about 4 weeks.

Accordingly, the defendant inflicts bodily injury on the victim who is a disabled person.

2. Violation of the Welfare of Disabled Persons Act against Victims C;

가. 피고인은 2019. 11. 경 위 주거지에서, 피해자 C( 남, 27세) 이 대변을 가리지 못하고 화장실을 더럽혀 놓았다는 이유로 주먹으로 피해자의 뺨과 등 부분을 수회 때리고 발로 허벅지를 수회 걷어찼다.

B. On December 2, 2019, the Defendant had the floor of the victim C (V) at the above H office, and the floor of the victim C (V) 10 times for the same reasons as the paragraph 2-b.
