1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 100,000,00 and Defendant B with respect thereto from November 7, 2014, and Defendant C with respect thereto.
Reasons
1. To seek the payment of the goods amounting to KRW 100,000,000 to Defendant B and Defendant C, which is the joint and several surety thereof; and
(a) Defendant B: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) Defendant C: Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
