(a) Defendant B and C shall jointly engage in real property listed in Appendix 1 attached hereto;

B. Defendant D is set out in Appendix 2.

(Provided, however, the part of each defendant's possession is as set out in Section 1, and the plaintiff withdraws the lawsuit against the remaining defendants except the above defendants).
