1. On June 20, 2016:30, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a Grand Cross (unlicensed Driving) on June 20, 2014, to the roads adjacent to the Gu/U.S. YY in the Gu/U.S. Sinpo-si in the Gu/U.S. Sinpo-si. B, the Defendant driven a Grand Cross (U.S.).

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of Grandland Kaol.

The defendant driving the above van with a temporary driver's license as referred to in the preceding paragraph without a license and driving it in the same place as the preceding paragraph, and driving it along the four-lane road in the direction of military distribution in Ansan.
