1. The Defendant’s KRW 34,00,000 and KRW 10,00,000 out of the above money from September 5, 2013 to January 4, 2016 shall be the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, from September 5, 2013 to September 5, 2013, lent a total of KRW 34,000,000 to the Defendant several times, and sought payment of the principal amount of KRW 34,00,000 to the Defendant and the delay damages therefrom. 2.
