The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The Prosecutor appealed from the lower court’s punishment (two years of suspended execution, protection observation, community service 80 hours, and 40 hours of lectures to comply with the law in the period of ten months).
However, if there is no particular change in the sentencing conditions compared to the original judgment, and the various sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of this case are comprehensively considered, the lower court’s sentencing is not deemed unfair.
Therefore, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.
