1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,270,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 11, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On February 25, 2016, the Defendant agreed to pay C’s obligation to the Plaintiff KRW 30,270,000 to the Plaintiff, and prepared and delivered a written statement of payment with respect thereto. As such, the Defendant sought the payment of the agreed amount.
