1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the share of 61.69/5192 (D shares) among Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 87.1 square meters.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: Provisional registration of the defendant's right to claim a transfer of ownership in the name of the real estate stated in the text shall be cancelled as they pass through without title;

The period of exercise of the right to complete reservation based on the pre-purchase of the above provisional registration has also been exceeded.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
