Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: Although the Defendant leased the real estate listed in the separate sheet on August 1, 2014 to the Defendant, the Defendant did not pay monthly rent and management expenses from June 8, 2015, the Defendant terminated the lease agreement on June 8, 2018 and claims the return of the unpaid rent, management fee and arrears 11,301,620 won and unjust enrichment equivalent to the rental fee and management expenses from June 9, 2018 to the delivery date of the said real estate.
