Punishment of the crime
The defendant is an employee of the Commercialization Logistics Co., Ltd. established for the purpose of trucking transport business, etc. who is engaged in driving B oil tanks owned by the above company.
Around August 5, 2014, when the above oil has long been at issue with the brake system, the Defendant got a quibal drum to repair the left side of the oil tank.
