Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment and the evidence duly admitted and examined by the first instance court, the lower court was justifiable to have convicted of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

There is no violation of law of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence without exhausting all necessary deliberations.
