On April 27, 2018, around 04:58, the Defendant driven B-Scar car volume in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.154% on the part of the blood 40km from the road under the “Ma Chang-gu, Busan, Busan, Seo-gu, Masan-si, to the road in front of the “undo wood” located in 10-1, Seog-gu, Busan, Seowon-si.
