The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On July 205, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30 on July 205, 2018, parked the victim D’s vehicle in the three-dimensional parking lot located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) assaulted the victim’s neck with a lush hand.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. After the prosecution of this case, a written agreement containing the victim's intent not to punish the defendant is submitted.
